Delivery

All of our deliveries are delicately wrapped and boxed by Apt C staff in our
Marylebone store. Delivery options are very simple. We offer a flat-rate delivery
service, and you can choose to have your order sent to an address other than your billing
address.

UK ORDERS:
Charge is £6 for all deliveries in the UK. Orders placed before noon are shipped the
same day, subject to stock availability, and should reach you the following working day
before 1:00 p.m. Orders made during the weekend or Bank Holidays will be shipped to
you on the next working day. Our Orders are normally sent by Royal Mail Special
Delivery Next Day Service, and will require a signature upon receipt.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Charge is £9 within Europe and £12 to the rest of the world. 

For the following countries orders are sent by Royal Mail Airsure and will usually take 2-4 working days to reach you:

EUROPE:
Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica,
Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein,
Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain,
Sweden and Switzerland.

REST OF THE WORLD:
Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore and USA.

Delivery to other countries not listed above will normally take between 4 and 7 days.

We will make every effort to deliver goods within the times indicated above.
However we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control,
such as adverse weather conditions, traffic delays etc.

For purchases out of the UK you will be responsible for any import duty in your country, and we are not responsible for any delay caused by customs. There is no import duty from the UK to within the EU.

Returns and Cancellations

RETURNS POLICY:
Please note that this Returns Policy does not affect your statutory right to cancel your
order – your cancellation rights are set out below.

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If there is any reason you
wish to return or exchange an item you have ordered, please let us know. Simply email
us at help@apartment-c.com and we will send you a return form so we can process your
return or exchange as quickly as possible. Please note that returns must be received
within 14 days from receiving your order. With the returned goods, you must include a
completed returns form detailing the reason for the return so that the goods can be
identified and checked. This enables us to credit you for the value of the goods returned.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, unworn, and unwashed,
with tags attached. For hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns on any fitted
bottoms, pierced jewellery, and perfumes. Hosiery may not be returned if the packaging
has been opened. We are also unable to refund purchases made with a gift voucher.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items which have not met the previous
conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a contract at any time within seven
working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. In this case, you will
receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods in accordance with our refunds policy.
To cancel a contract, you must inform us in writing or by e-mail to help@apartment-c.com.
You must also return the goods to us immediately, in the same condition in which you
received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take
reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with
this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

SENDING RETURNED ITEMS BACK TO US:
We recommend that returned items are sent by recorded mail as we will not be
responsible for any lost items during transport. Please allow a minimum of 5 days to
ensure we receive our return. Where you return an item, you are responsible for the cost
of returning it to us (unless the item is faulty, in which case we will refund you the cost
of postage).

If an exchange is required, shipping will not be charged to dispatch the replacement
order. However if a further exchange is required, standard shipping charges
will apply.
