- Should there be any problem in processing your order, we will advise you immediately to discuss the options available.
- Colours of garments displayed on the website are as accurate as possible. Different monitors may slightly alter the true colour of the product, therefore we can’t guarantee your monitor will reflect the exact colour of the garment delivered.
- You rely on any information on the website at your own risk. Apartment C, its owner or employees shall not be responsible for and disclaims any liability for any loss (whether direct or indirect), liability, damage, or expense that may be suffered by you or any third party as a result to your access to this website or information on this website. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepre sentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
- The goods are sold in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification, subject to any qualification or representation contained in the website. While every effort is made to update regularly the content on the website, Apartment C nor its owner or third party make any representations or warranties as at the accuracy of its content, including price and items description. Apartment C will contact you in case of a material mistake, and reserves the right to cancel your order and refund you.

- Promotion/Voucher Codes are entered at the checkout where the discount or monetary offer will be deducted. Codes do not apply to items already on special offer on the site, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer / code. Codes are only valid until the expiration date given.
- All special offers on the site are independent, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer available on the site.
- Competitions: Prizes offering goods to the value of a monetary figure are based on the full RRP of the goods. Sale prices or special offer prices do not apply. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entrants to competitions must be over 18 years or have parental consent and be resident in the UK or Ireland. Winners will be selected randomly from all entrants. Winners will be contacted via email shortly after the closing date of the competition. There is no cash alternative. Apartment C reserves the right to offer an alternative prize if necessary. Employees of Apartment C and their families are excluded from entering competitions.
